HUMAN RESOURCES/FINANCE MANAGER
The Human Resources/Finance Manager manages the City's financial and accounting functions, administers the City's investment policies and handles human resource functions such as timekeeping and payroll.
Water Utility Clerk
The Water Utility Clerk performs clerical work in the utility billing operation, receives payments for utility bills and deposits, provides assistance to customers, and enters data into the utility billing system.
Building Custodian
The Building Custodian ensures spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture, and dusting surfaces while also reporting major damages and overseeing small repairs.

The City of Friona will make a prompt and appropriate response to all requests for public information in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act, Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code. If the requested information cannot be provided promplty, the City will communicate with the requestor regarding the anticipated timeline. When applicable, the City will comply with the statutory deadline, including the requirement to request an Attorney General ruling within ten (10) business days of receiving the request when such a ruling is necessary.
