NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL OR EXCHANGE REAL PROPERTY AND
INVITATION TO BID
The City Council of the City of Friona, Texas is soliciting sealed bid proposals for the sale or exchange of certain city property (“Property”) described as THE SURFACE ONLY of:
ORIGINAL TOWN FRIONA, BLOCK 106, LOT ALL OF 106
The City will consider cash offers, exchange of existing land and buildings, or some combination thereof. The City will be the sole arbiter of what offer, if any, constitutes the best value for the City. The City is seeking a combination of the best purchase price or exchange value for the Property as well as the best long-term benefit to the City and the citizens of Friona, Texas.
Sealed bids will be received until 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 29, 2023, at City Hall located at 623 Main Street, Friona, Texas 79035. All bids received at or prior to such time will be opened and read aloud on October 2, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Bids received after such time will not be opened or considered. The highest, best or most acceptable bid or bids will be presented to the City Council for review and possible approval at a meeting on October 10, 2023 at 6:30 p.m.

NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID FOR COMMUNITY CENTER
The City Council of the City of Friona, Texas is soliciting sealed bid proposals for a Bathroom Remodel/Replacement Project for Friona Community Center located at 601 W 15TH Street, Friona, Texas 79035.
The City will be the sole arbiter of what offer, if any, constitutes the best value for the City. The City is seeking a combination of the best construction price for the Project as well as the best long-term benefit to the City and the citizens of Friona, Texas.
Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 3, 2023, at City Hall located at 623 Main Street, Friona, Texas 79035. All bids received at or prior to such time will be opened and read aloud on Monday, March 6, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Bids received after such time will not be opened or considered. The highest, best or most acceptable bid or bids will be presented to the City Council for review and possible approval at a meeting on March 13, 2023 at 6:30 p.m.

NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID/SUBMIT PROPOSAL FOR DAYCARE
The City Council of the City of Friona, Texas is Requests for Information (RFI) from businesses regarding their daycare services and what they could provide the City of Friona residents for city property located at 704 Ashland, Friona, Texas 79035 formerly known as the Girls Scout Building.
The City will be the sole arbiter of what offer, if any, constitutes the best value for the City. The City is seeking a combination of the best practices for the Project as well as the best long-term benefit to the City and the citizens of Friona, Texas.
Sealed proposals will be received until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 3, 2023, at City Hall located at 623 Main Street, Friona, Texas 79035. All proposals received at or prior to such time will be opened and read aloud on Monday, March 6, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Proposals received after such time will not be opened or considered. The highest, best or most acceptable proposal will be presented to the City Council for review and possible approval at a meeting on March 13, 2023 at 6:30 p.m.
