Cheeseburger Festival

As Friona is located in West Texas surrounded by agricultural, we have arranged the Cheeseburger Festival to highlight the community's strong agricultural ties, showcasing the area's beef, dairy and grain industries. The Cheeseburger Festival is held every third Saturday in July with many teams competing for a grand prize of $1,000! Friona hosted it's first Cheeseburger Festival in 2005, and it continues to be a community favorite bringing people in from all over the South Central Region.
