Rosa Mendez, City Secretary, serves as primary contact to the Mayor, City Manager, and City Council. Mrs. Mendez prepares correspondences,files, and agenda items for Council Members along with scheduling meetings and relaying messages from members of the public.
Mrs.Mendez maintains all official records of the City, supervising municipal elections, and serving as the secretary to the Mayor and City Council.
Mrs.Mendez also acts as City Manager when the elected City Manager is unavailable.
